Dodla Dairy’s Bihar Expansion: 7-Acre Land Secured in Motipur

HR Food Processing Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Dodla Dairy Limited, has been allotted 7.15 acres (311,333 sq ft) of land in the Dumaria Industrial Area, Motipur cluster, for setting up a dairy processing unit.

The land, comprising Plot Nos. I.P.-26, I.P.-27, and I.P.-1, has been allocated by the Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority (BIADA) on a 90-year lease.

The proposed facility will manufacture a wide range of dairy products, including milk, curd (dahi), paneer, lassi, butter, ghee, flavoured milk, milk sweets, and other related items.

The company has accepted the allotment terms and is in the process of completing the necessary formalities for land acquisition.
