Emami Agrotech Sets Sights on ₹2,000 Crore HoReCa Milestone

Emami Agrotech, the company behind the Healthy & Tasty edible oil brand, is accelerating its expansion into the HoReCa (hotels, restaurants, and caterers) segment, targeting revenues of ₹2,000 crore over the next two to three years.

To support this strategy, the company has launched a dedicated food services vertical along with a new sub-brand, For Chef, designed specifically for professional kitchens and bulk buyers. Emami Agrotech has also revamped its route-to-market strategy to address rising demand from restaurants, airport food courts, quick-service chains, cloud kitchens, and institutional catering services.

With an annual turnover of around ₹20,000 crore, the company is further diversifying its portfolio and plans to enter the ready-to-cook and ready-to-eat segments. It is also exploring potential acquisitions to strengthen its product range and expand its distribution network in key markets.

The move into the HoReCa segment forms part of Emami Agrotech’s broader strategy to capitalize on the growing demand for food services across institutional and commercial channels.
