Great Galleon Ventures Unlocks Potential in Madhya Pradesh

Great Galleon Ventures Limited is charting new waters with its innovative DDGS Manufacturing Unit Project in Sejwaya, Dhar, Madhya Pradesh. This 65 Crore endeavor is poised to make waves in both the industrial and agricultural sectors, showcasing a commitment to sustainability and economic growth.

The DDGS Manufacturing Unit, situated in Sejwaya, Dhar, Madhya Pradesh, is a multifaceted project with an estimated cost of 65 Crore. The production capacity includes 90 Tonnes Per Day (TPD) of CO2 and 65 TPD of DDGS (Dried Distillers Grains with Solubles). The unit's unique feature lies in its use of maize, broken rice, FCI rice, and various grains as feedstock, emphasizing resource efficiency and diversity.

At its core, the DDGS Manufacturing Unit is designed to produce DDGS, a co-product of the ethanol production process. Renowned for its high protein and fiber content, DDGS serves as a valuable animal feed ingredient. Notably, the project goes beyond traditional manufacturing by capturing and utilizing 90 TPD of CO2 produced by the plant, contributing to environmental sustainability.

The benefits of this venture extend beyond the industrial realm, with the creation of new jobs in the region and a reduction in India's reliance on imported DDGS. Furthermore, by promoting the use of DDGS as a biofuel and utilizing captured CO2 for offsetting emissions, the project aligns with broader sustainability goals.

With an anticipated completion in 2024, the DDGS Manufacturing Unit Project has garnered approval from the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India. This strategic initiative is poised not only to bolster the economy of Madhya Pradesh but also to serve as a model for sustainable industrial practices in the country.
