Brio Hydroponics, an Ahmedabad-based agri-tech company, is spearheading the development of a nationwide network of commercial hydroponics parks. Founder Pravin Patel points to the Unnati Hi-Tech Hydroponics Park—a 100-acre facility near Talod, Gujarat—as a successful model of large-scale, sustainable hydroponic farming.
The Unnati park demonstrates the commercial viability of hydroponics and serves as a live case study for potential investors, agritech startups, and other stakeholders. Patel explains that Brio offers investment opportunities starting from ₹59 lakh for a half-acre, fully managed unit. Each unit includes a dedicated greenhouse space, robust infrastructure, and end-to-end technical and operational support. Returns are linked to crop yields and market rates, with expert crop management optimizing productivity.
This investor-focused model is central to Brio’s vision of scaling up commercial hydroponics across India.
