True Water Beverages planning to set up Grain Based Distillery Unit Project in Uttar Pradesh

True Water Beverages wants to build a new grain-based distillery business in Badhiwala, Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh. The project is still in the planning stage, and the company has not yet asked for environmental clearance. The planned distillery will be able to make 60 Kilo ltrs per day of alcohol per year (MLPA). Grain will be used as the raw material for making booze by the company. Bagasse based power unit is 2.2 MW. 

The cost of the project is 78 Crores. About 100 people will get jobs directly from the project, and another 200 will get jobs indirectly from it. As of September 2023, The project is now in the stage of receiving approvals & has obtained all necessary government permissions work of the project is anticipated to occur in either 2023 or 2024.
