Prachi Resorts Private Limited is set to embark on an ambitious project to construct a new four-star hotel in Bhubaneswar, Khurda, Odisha. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 63.30 crore, and it is expected to generate employment for approximately 85 individuals.

The hotel will be housed in a G+4-story building and will feature 75 rooms. Prachi Developers Private Limited, a reputable real estate developer in Odisha, is spearheading this project. The company has a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects within schedule and budget.
