Brigade's South India Expansion: 9 New Hotels on the Horizon

Brigade Hotel Ventures is accelerating its growth with nine upcoming hotel developments across southern India's key markets, including Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kochi, and Thiruvananthapuram. Set to launch in phases between FY2027 and FY2030, these projects will significantly scale the company's footprint. This next phase of growth follows the successful opening of a 130-key property in Mysuru, which raised operational inventory from 1,474 keys (March 2025) to 1,604 keys (March 2026). The expansion reinforces Brigade's commitment to building high-quality hospitality infrastructure in high-demand regions.
