EasyTrip Invests in Ayodhya's First 5-Star Hotel

During a meeting convened on February 11, 2024, the Board of Directors of Easy Trip Planners Limited deliberated on a proposal aimed at establishing a luxurious 5-star hotel in Ayodhya, situated within close proximity (less than 1 kilometer) to the esteemed Shree Ram Mandir. The proposal entails a potential investment of up to INR 100 crores in Jeewani Hospitality Private Limited, an entity currently undergoing the incorporation process.

Easy Trip Planners Limited contemplates securing a 50% stake in the aggregate share capital of Jeewani Hospitality Private Limited through a structured swap arrangement, which would involve the issuance of the company's equity shares on a preferential basis.

It's important to note that this preliminary decision is subject to final approval from the Board of Easy Trip Planners Limited, as well as the requisite regulatory clearances and/or approvals from shareholders.
