Lemon Tree Grows India Portfolio with Two New Hotel Signings

Lemon Tree Hotels has expanded its development pipeline with two new license agreements in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, and Mcleodganj, Himachal Pradesh.

The upcoming Lemon Tree Premier, Madurai will feature 100 rooms, a restaurant and conference facilities, while Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Mcleodganj will comprise 45 rooms. Both properties will be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels.

The Madurai project will take Lemon Tree Hotels’ Tamil Nadu portfolio to eight properties, comprising five operational hotels and three upcoming projects. Strategically located around 14 km from Madurai Airport and 3 km from Madurai Railway Station, the new hotel is expected to cater to both business and leisure travellers.

The two additions further strengthen the company’s expansion plans and presence across India’s growing hospitality market.
