Lemon Tree Hotels has signed a license agreement to launch a new property—Lemon Tree Hotel, Gandhidham, Gujarat.
The hotel will be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels. The upcoming property will offer 54 well-appointed rooms, restaurants, banquet facilities, and recreational amenities including a swimming pool and spa. Strategically located with strong road connectivity, it will cater to both business and leisure travelers.
Vilas Pawar, CEO of the managed and franchise business at Lemon Tree Hotels, noted that the expansion aligns with the company’s strategic growth plans in Gujarat, where it currently operates nine hotels and has 19 more under development. The addition reinforces Lemon Tree’s broader vision of delivering refreshing and comfortable stays across India’s metro and non-metro cities.
Lemon Tree Hotels Limited (LTHL) is one of India’s largest hotel chains, operating across multiple market segments through seven brands, including Aurika Hotels & Resorts, Lemon Tree Premier, Lemon Tree Hotels, Red Fox Hotels, and the Keys brand portfolio.
