Lemon Tree Signs New 88-Room Keys Prima Hotel in Jaipur

Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of a franchise agreement for a new Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels property in Jaipur, further strengthening its presence in one of Rajasthan’s most prominent tourism and business destinations.

The upcoming upper-midscale lifestyle hotel will feature 88 rooms, along with a restaurant, banquet and conference facilities, a fitness centre, and contemporary public spaces designed to serve both business and leisure travellers. The property will be located at Swarna Bhoomi on Sirsi Road near Sirsi Mode, Khatipura, offering convenient connectivity to key transportation hubs. It is situated approximately 20 kilometres from Jaipur International Airport and 11 kilometres from Jaipur Junction Railway Station.

Commenting on the development, Managing Director Neelendra Singh said the addition reflects the company’s strategy of building strong regional clusters in high-growth markets while expanding its multi-brand presence across Rajasthan. He noted that the introduction of the Keys Prima brand in Jaipur broadens the company’s offerings with an upper-midscale lifestyle product tailored to experience-driven and value-conscious travellers. The hotel is expected to combine contemporary accommodation, vibrant design, thoughtful service, and engaging social spaces to meet the evolving preferences of modern guests.

The new signing further diversifies Lemon Tree Hotels’ portfolio in Jaipur and strengthens its ability to cater to a wide range of travel segments. With this addition, the company’s portfolio in Rajasthan expands to 23 properties, comprising 13 operational hotels and 10 under development.

The agreement also increases Lemon Tree Hotels’ presence in Jaipur to six properties, including three operational hotels and three upcoming projects, reinforcing the company’s commitment to expanding its footprint in key leisure and business travel markets across the country.
