New Horizons: Surat and Haridwar for Lemon Tree Hotels

Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of two new properties, further expanding its presence in Gujarat and Uttarakhand.

The first property, Lemon Tree Hotel, Surat Airport, will feature 110 rooms along with a restaurant, banquet and meeting spaces, a swimming pool, and a spa. Located just 1.6 km from Surat International Airport, it is designed to cater to both corporate and leisure travellers.

The second property, Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Haridwar, will offer 60 rooms, a conference hall, a fitness centre, and a spa. Its strategic location near Rajaji National Park positions it well to serve spiritual travellers and nature enthusiasts.

The Surat hotel will be managed by Lemon Tree’s subsidiary, Carnation Hotels, while the Haridwar property will operate under a franchise agreement.
