Saya Group & Lemon Tree Hotels: A New Era of Business Hospitality

Saya Group has partnered with Carnation Hotels, a subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels, to manage and operate 336 BIZTOP Business Class Suites at its commercial project, Saya SouthX, located in Greater Noida West. The fully serviced suites, situated between the 7th and 25th floors, are designed to meet the needs of corporate travellers, entrepreneurs, and professionals.

Each suite, averaging 668 sq. ft., features modern interiors and premium amenities, and will be operated under the BIZTOP brand by Lemon Tree Hotels.

Saya SouthX, spread over three acres with a built-up area of 6.8 lakh sq. ft., is a mixed-use development featuring retail outlets, dining spaces, a multiplex, gym, banquet hall, and now, business-class suites. With a daily footfall projected to exceed 50,000 and a surrounding population of over five lakh, the project is poised to become a vibrant commercial hub.
