Vikram Kamats Hospitality’s material subsidiary, Vitizen Hotels, has entered into a long-term lease agreement to operate a new hotel property located at No. 4, HBR 1st Stage, 5th Block, within the bustling Manyata Tech Park, one of Bengaluru’s premier IT hubs.

The property will feature approximately 45 keys and is strategically positioned to cater to corporate travelers, business professionals, and long-stay guests, given its proximity to major tech companies and commercial offices. This development aligns with the group’s strategy of expanding through asset-light models and targeting high-demand urban micro-markets.

With this addition, Vikram Kamats Hospitality aims to enhance its brand presence in South India, improve operating leverage, and further diversify its portfolio across key metropolitan regions. The move underscores the company’s commitment to sustainable, scalable growth within India’s rapidly growing corporate and business travel segment.
