YEIDA Opens Door for Hospitality Giants near Jewar Airport

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is set to allocate land for hotels near the upcoming Noida International Airport in Jewar.

An e-auction for three commercial plots is scheduled for December 22, 2023. These plots, available under the scheme initiated on November 1, 2023, range in size from 3,400 sq. mtrs. to 10,000 sq. mtrs. The application deadline for the scheme has been extended to December 14, 2023.

Situated in Sector-28, the land parcels provide convenient access to the eastern-western freight corridors, the proposed International Film City in Sector-21, and the planned medical devices park.

The successful bidders will receive a 90-year lease for the plots and are allowed to construct multi-storey buildings with no specific height restrictions. However, structures exceeding 24 mtrs. in height will require clearance from the Airports Authority of India (AAI).
