BEML-Kineco: A Composite 'Make in India' Leap

BEML Limited, a leading public sector enterprise under the Ministry of Defence, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Kineco, a recognised leader in advanced composite technologies.

This strategic collaboration aims to jointly design, develop, manufacture, and test advanced composite structures for aerospace and defence applications. The partnership is poised to strengthen indigenization efforts and reinforce the objectives of the ‘Make in India’ and ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ initiatives by harnessing the complementary technological and manufacturing strengths of both organisations.

With BEML’s established presence in the defence and aerospace sectors and Kineco’s proven expertise in high-performance composites, the alliance will focus on delivering innovative, next-generation solutions to meet the complex demands of modern defence platforms.

This MoU reflects a shared commitment to advancing self-reliance in critical materials and systems for India’s strategic sectors.
