On 7 March 2026, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis will lay the foundation stone for the Rs 700-crore XSIO Advanced Industrial and Manufacturing Park in Nagpur.
The project forms part of XSIO’s Rs 8,142-crore investment plan across Maharashtra, which includes major developments in Pune, Mumbai, and Nagpur. Designed as the state’s first intelligence-integrated, next-generation manufacturing campus, the park aims to promote advanced industrial technologies and improve operational efficiency in manufacturing.
The development is expected to create employment opportunities for more than 35,000 people across the state, with around 2,500 direct and indirect jobs generated through the Nagpur facility itself.
Located at Linga near the Mumbai–Nagpur Samruddhi Expressway, the campus will incorporate AI-enabled building management systems, energy optimisation technologies, and real-time asset monitoring. It will also feature integrated utility networks designed to support high-precision, high-load manufacturing operations while adhering to global sustainability standards.
The project is expected to strengthen Nagpur’s role as a growing logistics and manufacturing hub while attracting global investment, reinforcing Maharashtra’s focus on technology-driven industrial growth.
