The Himachal Pradesh State Industrial Development Corporation (HPSIDC) has invited bids for the construction of a 5.0 million litres per day (MLD) common effluent treatment plant (CETP) at the Bulk Drug Park in Una district, Himachal Pradesh.
The project, with an overall completion timeline of 24 months, will be implemented in two phases. Phase I will involve setting up 3.0 MLD capacity, comprising 1.0 MLD for high total dissolved solids (HTDS) effluent and 2.0 MLD for low total dissolved solids (LTDS) effluent. This phase will also include the development of an effluent conveyance network and a recycled treated water distribution network. Phase II will add an additional 2.0 MLD capacity, including 0.50 MLD HTDS and 1.50 MLD LTDS.
In addition to construction, the contract includes a two-year defect liability period followed by a 25-year operation and maintenance (O&M) period. The deadline for submission of bids is 12 January 2026.
