Green Gold Rush: Bidding Open for Haryana SugarFed CBG Plants

The Haryana State Federation of Cooperative Sugar Mills (Haryana SugarFed) has invited bids for the establishment of bio-compressed biogas (CBG) plants at cooperative sugar mills across Haryana.

The project will be implemented under a public-private partnership (PPP) model using a cluster-based approach. The selected bidder will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of fully automated Bio-CBG plants equipped with SCADA control systems, with an operational concession period of up to 20 years. At the end of the concession period, the project will be transferred back to the Concessioning Authority in optimal condition.

The bid submission deadline is 25 November 2025.
