A New Alloy of Growth: Uni Abex Invests ₹100 Crore

Uni Abex Alloy Products, a Neterwala Group company, will invest over ₹100 crore to more than double its production capacity of high-performance alloys by FY26.

The brownfield expansion at its Dharwad facility in Karnataka will increase annual production capacity from 6,000 TPA to 12,000 TPA. As part of the initiative, Uni Abex will introduce a new dedicated manufacturing line, resulting in two specialized lines to cater to diverse industry needs.

The expansion is aimed at addressing growing demand from sectors such as iron and steel, petrochemicals, fertilizers, and aerospace, where high-performance alloys are essential for their superior strength, durability, and corrosion resistance.

“This investment is a strategic move to meet rising demand for high-performance alloys, especially as government-led initiatives are fueling growth across these sectors,” said Kuldeep Bhan, Group President – Global Metallurgy Business, Neterwala Group.
