Vaswani Industries: A New Chapter of Growth and Green Energy

Vaswani Industries Ltd. has announced the completion of a significant expansion in its billet manufacturing capacity and provided updates on its ongoing solar power projects.

Billet Production Capacity Increased to 1.5 Lakh MT

The company has successfully increased its billet manufacturing capacity from 66,000 metric tons per annum (MTPA) to 150,000 MTPA. This expansion, completed in June 2025, is now in the trial phase. Commercial production will commence once the final Consent to Operate (CTO) is granted by the Pollution Control Department. The company has stated it will notify the stock exchanges once the approval is received and full-scale operations begin.

Solar Power Projects Totalling 66.5 MWp

Vaswani Industries also provided updates on its solar power projects, totaling 66.5 MWp:

16.25 MWp Plant, Gandai: Located in Chhattisgarh, this facility is fully operational.

13.75 MWp Plant, Mohbhatta: The structure work is complete, but module installation faced delays due to heavy rainfall in July, which affected logistics. Installation is currently underway, and the plant is expected to be operational by the end of November 2025.

36.25 MWp Plant, Mohbhatta: Significant progress has been made on this larger solar project. Land acquisition is complete, structural work is finished, and financing has been secured through Union Bank of India. Module installation has started, and the plant is anticipated to be operational between November and December 2025.
