NRL Powers New Era of Plastic Manufacturing in the Northeast

Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL) is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from prospective entrepreneurs and investors to establish plastic processing industries in Assam and other Northeastern states. These units will utilize raw material from NRL’s upcoming 360 KTPA polypropylene (PP) plant at Numaligarh, scheduled for commissioning by early 2028.

NRL will coordinate with the Government of Assam and Assam Industrial Development Corporation (AIDC) to facilitate land allocation near its refinery in Golaghat District for interested parties.

Deadline for EOI submission: 24 June 2025
