Madura Carbon India Limited is embarking on a significant venture with its Carbon Black Project in Karanj, Valsad, Gujarat, with a substantial investment of 415 crores. This project aims to contribute to India's carbon black production capacity by producing 2.3 lakh tons per annum (tpa).

Situated in Karanj, Valsad, Gujarat, the project strategically utilizes the region's resources and infrastructure, ensuring efficient production and distribution of carbon black. This geographic advantage enhances the project's competitiveness in both domestic and international markets.

In line with sustainability goals, Madura Carbon India Limited plans to incorporate a bagasse-based power unit, generating 45 MW of electricity. This demonstrates the company's commitment to renewable energy and reducing its carbon footprint.
