Jawahar Shetkari SSK Plans to expand Sugar Plant in Maharashtra

At its Hupar location in Kolhapur District, Maharashtra, Jawahar Shetkari SSK Limited (JSSSL) has announced today that it intends to increase the capacity of its sugar factory from 12,000 TCD to 16,000 TCD and the output of its power plant from 28.5 MW to 34 MW.

It is anticipated that the project will cost 34 crores to complete.

The project is now in the stage of receiving approvals. The project has received all necessary clearances. By the end of the year 2023, development on the project will have begun.
