New Holland Tractors Lands $600M Deal Near Noida Airport

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has issued a Letter of Intent (LoI) to global tractor manufacturer New Holland for the proposed allocation of 100 acres in Sector 8D, near the upcoming Noida International Airport.

New Holland plans to set up a manufacturing facility for tractor engines and related equipment, with an estimated investment of around Rs 5,000 crore. The project is expected to create substantial employment opportunities for the local workforce. The company’s proposal is currently under review by Invest UP, the state’s investment facilitation agency, for approval.

Following clearance from the Uttar Pradesh government, the formal land allotment process will proceed.
