PTC and HAL Collaborate on Advanced Aerospace Manufacturing

PTC Industries and Hindustan Aeronautics' (HAL) accessories division in Lucknow have entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to advance the localization of diverse aviation-grade raw materials like titanium and nickel-based superalloys, special steels, and components.

The collaboration extends to the localization of spares, sub-assemblies, and line-replaceable units (LRUs) for aircraft and helicopters manufactured by HAL. This partnership aims to facilitate the exchange of expertise and capabilities tailored to the requirements of the aerospace sector.

PTC Industries specializes in producing high-quality, high-precision metal components for critical and super-critical applications. Notably, the company recently forged an agreement with Dassault Aviation to provide titanium cast parts for Rafale multirole fighter jets.
