Saio Infra is planning a new Mahapratap Cable Car Project in Satara, Maharashtra, at the Javali-Pratapgarh Fort. The project is scheduled to be finished in 2025. The project will cost 260 crores. The project will include a 2.5-kilometer-long cable car route connecting the Javali settlement to the Pratapgarh Fort.
The cable car will have a capacity of 1,000 passengers per hour. Satara's tourism business will benefit from the Mahapratap Cable Car Project. The initiative will make it easy for travellers to visit the major tourist spot of Pratapgarh Fort. The initiative is also expected to benefit the local economy by bringing in more tourists.
