Scoda Tubes has announced a major capacity expansion at its welded tubes and pipes manufacturing facility in Mehsana.
The company plans to add 8,000 metric tonnes per annum (MTPA) to its existing capacity, significantly boosting production capabilities to meet rising customer demand. This expansion is over and above the plans outlined in its May 2025 prospectus. The project entails a total investment of ₹400 million, including applicable taxes, and is targeted for completion by the end of Q3 FY27. Funding will be sourced through a mix of internal accruals and bank term loans. The facility is located at Survey No. 682, Village Sarsav, Taluka Kadi.
At present, the company has an installed capacity of 1,020 MTPA and recorded utilisation of approximately 105 MT between April and December 2025. The expansion underscores Scoda Tubes’ focus on scaling operations efficiently, catering to industry demand, and strengthening its footprint in the welded tubes and pipes segment.
