Sri Hari Sponge: Forging Ahead - 12 Crore Expansion Strengthens Karnataka's

Sri Hari Sponge LLP is growing its sponge iron manufacturing at Voderahalli village, Molakalmuru Taluk, Chitradurga District, Karnataka. This ambitious project aims to increase high-quality sponge iron output from 100 TPD to 150 TPD, a crucial steel raw material.

This addition replaces a 50 TPD kiln with a new 100 TPD one. This replacement will increase capacity, streamline operations, and reduce environmental impact. Sri Hari Sponge LLP's INR 12.31 Crore ($1.5 Million) investment displays its commitment to innovation.

Many critical project information remain unknown. With the expansion's timing undetermined, stakeholders question when the extra production capacity will be online. Unknown sponge iron raw material sources raise supply chain stability and sustainability concerns.

This expansion's environmental impact matters. The Karnataka State Pollution Control Board (KSPCB) may have a thorough Environmental Impact Assessment report, but its accessibility, pollution control, and environmental safeguards are unknown. Understanding the project's environmental compliance and ecological impact requires this information.
