The NCR Industrial Boom: Ganesh Industrial’s Multi-Park Vision

Ganesh Industrial Complex is planning a major expansion in the Delhi-NCR region, with proposals to develop an additional 8 to 10 private industrial parks over the next three to four years.

The Kolkata-based firm, which focuses on warehousing solutions and industrial infrastructure for B2B businesses, is scaling up operations to meet rising demand for logistics and industrial spaces across North India.

According to Managing Director Alok Bajoria, the company has already completed one industrial park in Sohna. It has also recently acquired land to develop two more parks—one in Sohna and another in Jhajjar—both part of the broader Delhi-NCR industrial corridor.

The planned expansion reflects the company’s growth strategy as it looks to strengthen its footprint in one of India’s most important logistics and manufacturing hubs.
