DMRC Seeks Bids for Central Vista Metro Tunnel and Stations

The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has invited bids for Contract EC-04 to build twin underground tunnels and four underground stations for the Central Vista Project as part of Phase V(A) of the Delhi Mass Rapid Transport System.

Funded in part by a JICA loan, the project features shield-bored twin tunnels running between Kartavya Bhawan and Indraprastha stations, alongside interlinking subways and entry/exit structures. Scheduled for a 42-month completion window, this initiative forms a core part of the larger 9.913-km Central Vista Corridor, which will ultimately feature nine underground stations across central Delhi.
