Anant Ashray: India’s First Integrated 100-Acre Care Township

Dedicated to dignity, care, and community, the Nita Mukesh Ambani Anant Ashray officially commenced construction on November 1, 2026, following a traditional bhumi pujan performed by Reliance Foundation Founder and Chairperson, Nita Ambani.

Located in the scenic landscapes of Karjat, Maharashtra, this expansive 100-acre not-for-profit township reimagines long-term care. It is envisioned as a permanent, nurturing home for more than 5,000 residents, thoughtfully bringing together senior citizens and individuals with developmental disabilities. By housing caregivers, medical experts, and support staff, the township will foster a close-knit, intergenerational community of around 15,000 people.

Rooted in cultural heritage and holistic well-being, the development is organized into eight residential villages named after India’s sacred rivers and is complemented by tranquil temples, green gardens, recreational spaces, workshops, and sports facilities.
