Meghna Infracon FY26 Revenue Hits ₹462 Million

Meghna Infracon Infrastructure, operating under the Meghna Realty brand, has reported its audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, reflecting steady growth supported by strong project execution and operational efficiency.

During Q4 FY26, the company recorded revenue of ₹184.8 million, driven by sustained execution momentum across ongoing projects. EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹28.3 million, while profit after tax (PAT) was reported at ₹17.6 million.

For the full financial year FY26, Meghna Infracon posted total revenue of ₹462 million, EBITDA of ₹103.4 million and PAT of ₹55.9 million.

The company attributed its performance to consistent project delivery, healthy customer demand and a strategic focus on strengthening its development pipeline. It said it continues to prioritise operational excellence, timely project execution and financial discipline while expanding its presence across key real estate micro-markets.

Meghna Infracon Infrastructure also stated that it aims to leverage its redevelopment expertise to support long-term growth opportunities in the residential real estate and infrastructure sectors.

Commenting on the results, Vikram Lodha said the company’s performance during Q4 and FY26 reflects the strength of its business fundamentals, execution capabilities and continued focus on delivering quality developments despite evolving market conditions.
