Bengaluru-based real estate developer Sowparnika Projects has announced plans to invest ₹200 crore in Kerala over the next three years to significantly expand its residential footprint across key markets in the state.
To support this expansion, the company has set aggressive revenue targets, aiming for cumulative sales of ₹725 crore over the three-year period (₹150 crore in FY27, ₹225 crore in FY28, and ₹350 crore in FY29).
Key to this roadmap is the launch of Sowparnika Florenzza, a premium residential apartment project in Kunnamangalam, Kozhikode—marking the developer’s second venture in the district. Strategically situated along NH-766, the property offers seamless connectivity to Kozhikode city and Calicut International Airport, while offering convenient access to premier educational hubs like IIM Kozhikode and NIT Calicut.
