Tender Alert: RVNL Seeks Bids for ₹548.58 Cr Bacheli Township Project

Rail Vikas Nigam (RVNL) has officially invited bids for a comprehensive EPC contract valued at Rs 548.58 crore to expand the NMDC township in Bacheli, Chhattisgarh.

This major infrastructure upgrade will introduce 600 new housing units, featuring Type-IV and V residential towers, integrated amenities, and extensive external development. The project is a significant step toward improving residential living standards and supporting regional expansion in the Bacheli area.

Interested contractors and bidders must submit their proposals by August 31, 2026.
