WSB Partners has announced a ₹75 crore structured debt investment in Sowparnika Projects, marking its ninth transaction with the Bengaluru-based developer. The capital will serve as growth funding for Sowparnika's upcoming mid-income and affordable housing projects in Bengaluru. This latest deal brings WSB's total deployment with Sowparnika to over ₹500 crore across the past four years, supporting six residential developments. Since its inception in 2003, Sowparnika has delivered over 7,600 homes across South India. According to Rahul Rajendran, Principal-Investments at WSB, the deal aligns with the firm's broader strategy—which has seen ₹4,000 crore committed across 75+ real estate investments since 2013—of backing proven developers in the affordable housing segment.
