CBG Boost: ORSL and PRESPL Ink Major Bioenergy Partnership

Organic Recycling Systems Limited (ORSL), a leading player in waste valorisation and bioenergy solutions, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Punjab Renewable Energy Systems Private Limited (PRESPL), one of India’s foremost bio-energy enterprises.

The partnership aims to develop and implement biogas and compressed biogas (CBG) projects across India and select international markets. Under the agreement, ORSL will provide technology, engineering, procurement, and construction (TEPC) services, while PRESPL will oversee the biomass supply chain, leveraging its expertise in sourcing and fuel management.

Together, the companies will deliver end-to-end bioenergy solutions—from feedstock assessment and logistics to technology deployment and plant operations.

This collaboration is expected to accelerate India’s renewable energy transition, promoting sustainable waste-to-energy initiatives and expanding the nation’s biofuel capacity. The MoU combines the strengths of both partners to advance efficient, reliable, and scalable bioenergy projects that support India’s clean energy goals.
