Kolhapur's Green Leap: EIL Invites Bids for Biogas Plant Soil Survey

Engineers India Limited (EIL) has issued a tender for a geotechnical soil investigation survey for a proposed press mud-based Compressed Biogas (CBG) plant at Halkarni, MIDC area, Kolhapur, Maharashtra.

The scope of the custom bid includes generating detailed soil parameters, identifying the design groundwater table, and preparing comprehensive geotechnical reports to support the engineering and construction phases of the project. The survey will be conducted in designated zones earmarked for key plant infrastructure.

This initiative underscores EIL’s continued role in project management and consultancy for clean energy projects, further supporting India’s bio-energy and renewable energy goals. The contract period is set at one month.
