Karnataka Neeravari Nigam Limited has issued a tender for flood control and flood management works under the Tupparihalla Phase-II project, covering a stretch from km 0.0 to km 90 up to the confluence with the Bennihalla.
The scope of work includes excavation and removal of silt and silt mixed with sand, earthwork excavation for foundations up to a depth of three metres, construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders using approved materials, and the laying of cement concrete for the levelling course. The project is aimed at strengthening flood management measures and reducing flood-related impacts in the region.
The estimated contract value is ₹135.36 crore. The tender is open for bidding, with the submission deadline set for 19 February 2026.
