Bid Now: Constructing the Future of Medical Excellence in Kapurthala

The Punjab Health Systems Corporation has invited bids for the construction of a new medical college, auditorium, and associated external development and services at Kapurthala, Punjab.

The project forms part of the Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji Institute of Medical Sciences and includes the development of a modern 300-bed hospital within the existing district hospital परिसर. The scope of work covers the construction of core infrastructure, external services, and the upgradation of medical facilities to strengthen healthcare delivery in the region.

In addition to enhancing medical services, the proposed medical college will support advanced medical education and training, helping build a skilled healthcare workforce for the state.

The project has a completion timeline of 24 months, with the objective of making the hospital and academic facilities operational within a defined timeframe. The initiative is part of Punjab’s broader efforts to improve healthcare infrastructure and medical education.

The tender is open to eligible construction firms, with the last date for bid submission set for 13 February 2026.
