Bid Now: NMMC Building a ₹250 Cr Medical Marvel

The Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) has invited bids for the construction of a super specialty hospital in Navi Mumbai.

Valued at ₹250 crore, the project will be executed on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) basis. The hospital is planned at Plot No. 4, Sector 15A, CBD Belapur, and is envisioned as a state-of-the-art facility aimed at strengthening the region’s healthcare infrastructure by offering advanced medical services under one roof.

This initiative underscores NMMC’s commitment to enhancing public health through the development of modern, high-quality medical infrastructure.

The last date for bid submission is 28 October 2025.
