HCA Healthcare has officially opened a state-of-the-art 400,000 sq. ft., four-story facility at Sattva Knowledge Park in HITEC City, Hyderabad. Developed at an estimated investment of ₹400 crore, the new centre is poised to become a strategic hub for digital transformation and technology-led innovation across HCA’s global network.
With a footprint spanning 192 hospitals and 2,500 ambulatory care sites in the US and UK, HCA Healthcare will leverage the Hyderabad centre to support critical enterprise functions, including IT, human resources, finance, procurement, and supply chain management. Far beyond a traditional back-office, the facility is positioned as a key enabler of operational excellence and enhanced patient care.
The inauguration was attended by Emily Duncan, Senior Vice President, Global Capability Network, HCA Healthcare; D Sridhar Babu, Telangana’s Minister for IT and Industries; and Atul Kapoor, Vice President and Hyderabad Centre Head, HCA Healthcare – India. Emily Duncan highlighted that the centre represents HCA Healthcare’s long-term commitment to India and underscores its role in driving better healthcare outcomes worldwide.
