UP's Medical Leap: Architectural Bids for Ballia College

The Planning Department of Uttar Pradesh has invited bids for architectural and detailed project consultancy services for establishing the Autonomous State Medical College in Ballia.

The selected consultant will be responsible for comprehensive site-related studies—including site and topographical surveys, as well as soil and water testing—and for preparing a complete master plan covering site demarcation and landscaping. The scope also includes detailed architectural design with 3D visualizations, preliminary structural design, and engineering plans compliant with NDMA earthquake-safety guidelines. Additionally, the consultant will design MEP, HVAC, fire safety, drainage, waste management, IT, and security systems.

The deadline for bid submission is 16 December 2025.
