Agami Realty Launches ₹950 Crore Luxury Projects in Bandra

Agami Realty, a trusted developer with over five decades of legacy in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), has made a significant foray into the luxury residential segment with two landmark redevelopment projects in Bandra, collectively valued at ₹950 crore.

Renowned for its boutique developments that blend sustainability, design innovation, and technology, Agami has received a strong initial market response. Its first premium offering, Agami Eternity in Bandra East, designed by acclaimed architect Reza Kabul, is fully sold out and scheduled for handover in September 2025—nearly 19 months ahead of the RERA deadline. The project features curated artworks and a signature installation by sculptor Arzan Khambatta, celebrating the cultural identity of Kalanagar.

Agami’s second project, a joint redevelopment associated with the iconic MIG Cricket Club, will feature ultra-luxury residences offering uninterrupted views of the cricket ground. Both developments are fully funded by leading banks, ensuring financial stability and timely execution.

Having previously delivered over 1 million sq. ft. in Boisar, these Bandra projects mark Agami’s decisive move into Mumbai’s premium real estate landscape, solidifying its position as a forward-looking and culturally rooted luxury developer.
