Arkade Developers Acquires Prime Land Parcel for ₹148 Crore

Arkade Developers has strengthened its presence in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) with the acquisition of a prime land parcel in Bhandup (West), marking a strategic addition to its growing development portfolio.

In a regulatory filing, the Mumbai-based real estate firm announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to acquire 100% shareholding in Woollen and Textile Industries, which owns the land. The parcel measures 14,363.60 sq. metres, and the total deal is valued at ₹148 crore.

This acquisition is a key milestone for Arkade Developers, which has successfully delivered 31 projects spanning 5 million sq. ft. of built-up area. The company is currently executing an additional 2 million sq. ft. across ongoing projects.

Known for its residential and commercial developments, Arkade sees this investment as a strategic move in one of Mumbai’s most promising real estate corridors. The company aims to leverage this expansion to enhance its footprint and drive long-term value in the highly competitive MMR property market.
