The Housing & Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Madhya Pradesh Urban Development Company Limited (MPUDCL) in Indore, marking a significant step toward accelerating housing and infrastructure development in the state.
Under this non-binding MoU, HUDCO will extend financial assistance of ₹1,00,000 crore over the next five years to support a wide range of urban infrastructure and housing projects across Madhya Pradesh. The collaboration is aimed at enhancing the quality of life for residents by addressing key urban development needs and improving access to modern civic amenities.
Beyond financing, HUDCO will also provide consulting services and capacity-building support to MPUDCL. This integrated approach will help strengthen project planning, implementation, and management, fostering sustainable and well-planned urban growth.
As a key institution in India's urban development landscape, HUDCO’s mission is to promote inclusive and sustainable urbanisation. This partnership with MPUDCL aligns with its broader objective of driving planned infrastructure development across the country.
