Max Estates Acquires 7.25-Acre Parcel, Targeting ₹3,000 Crore GDV

Max Estates, a prominent real estate developer in the National Capital Region (NCR), has expanded its footprint in Gurugram with the acquisition of development rights for a 7.25-acre land parcel in Sector-59, located along Golf Course Extension Road.

The acquisition was executed through the purchase of 100% shareholding in Base Buildwell Pvt. Ltd. (BBPL), which holds the requisite license and development rights—subject to regulatory approvals. The project offers a development potential of approximately 1.3 million sq. ft., with an estimated investment of ₹534 crore, and is projected to deliver a gross development value (GDV) exceeding ₹3,000 crore.

With this addition, Max Estates’ total GDV pipeline has grown from ₹14,000 crore to over ₹17,000 crore, encompassing high-end residential projects across both Gurugram and Noida. The new land acquisition strategically complements the company’s Estate 360 development on Dwarka Expressway, as well as its upcoming 18.23-acre project with a projected 4 million sq. ft. of development potential and GDV of ₹9,000 crore.

With a growing portfolio nearing 10 million sq. ft., Max Estates continues to consolidate its leadership in NCR’s luxury residential real estate segment.
