Real estate developer Saya Group has partnered with Harmony Infra to launch ‘The Horizon Residences,’ an ultra-luxury residential project in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad.
Under this joint venture, the partners will invest ₹550 crore to develop 264 high-end apartments on a two-acre plot acquired in 2018. Homes are priced between ₹6 crore and ₹8.5 crore, catering to the premium segment. The project spans approximately 12 lakh sq. ft. of saleable area, with expected sales revenue of ₹1,600 crore. Strong demand and limited new supply in Indirapuram have already led to the sale of nearly 100 units.
The development has secured all required RERA and statutory approvals. Saya Group’s real estate portfolio spans over 4.99 lakh sq. mtrs., including a mix of completed and ongoing residential and commercial projects.
