Signature Global, one of India’s leading real estate developers, has acquired 33.47 acres of land in Sohna, Gurugram, for approximately ₹450 crore, as part of its strategy to expand its residential portfolio in the high-demand Delhi-NCR region.
The acquisition was confirmed by Chairman Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal during the NAREDCO convention. “We have recently purchased a total of 33.47 acres of land in Sohna, Gurugram,” he stated, emphasizing the company’s continued focus on strengthening its footprint in key growth corridors.
The newly acquired land is slated for the development of modern residential projects, with a focus on the affordable and mid-income housing segments. Sohna has emerged as a strategic location due to its enhanced connectivity, evolving infrastructure, and increasing appeal among urban homebuyers.
