Arkade Developers has acquired a 6.28-acre land parcel in Kasarvadavali, Thane West, near Ghodbunder Road, for ₹172 crore. Overlooking the Sanjay Gandhi National Park, the site offers strong connectivity via Ghodbunder Road and the Eastern Express Highway.
The company plans to launch a mixed-use development featuring 2, 3, and 4 BHK residences, along with retail and commercial spaces. The project will offer a RERA saleable area of approximately 9.26 lakh sq ft and is expected to generate a Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹2,000 crore. This marks Arkade’s foray into the Thane market, complementing its existing footprint in central Mumbai, including Kanjurmarg, Mulund, and Bhandup.
CMD Amit Jain highlighted Thane’s evolving infrastructure—such as Metro Line 4 and the Thane-Borivali twin tunnel—as key drivers for the location’s growth potential. The company is also strengthening its luxury housing portfolio, recently acquiring a four-acre parcel in Goregaon, formerly leased to Filmistan, with an estimated GDV of ₹3,000 crore, further bolstering its development pipeline for FY25.
